What does it mean if my order is being prepared?

If you're trying to reschedule your supplement box, you can only do so if your last box hasn't been ordered yet. We send you an email 2 days before the order is placed, giving you time to adjust it before its finalized. Unfortunately, once the order has been placed to our pharmacy we aren't able to adjust it any further.
